The first notes on the shack give you an hint on how to avoid/survive every monster, one in particular is more dangerous and you can only slow it down by eating something. Once you get it you will be able to explore with way more time.Download

I am not finding enough time to escape the monster or interact with anything. Dying isn't a very fun game.
I didn't do m'y job correct m'y if you didn't find it but there's actually tricks you can find on the first notes you can reach in 30 seconds to help,
the actual monster is the parasite inside you, sprinting use more time and eating plants give you extra time :)
I downloaded and played the update. I found plants but couldn't eat them. I found one note that activated on the building and one note on the ground but it could not be read, no interaction. I just am not given enough time to progress. Maybe you should also list the game controls.
